Fish Kakavia

A forerunner to bouillabaisse, this ancient Greek fisherman’s stew/soup is made up of chunky seasonal fish fillets and potatoes, braised in a herby, chunky tomato and vegetable stock.

This dish serves six and contains around 1kg of fish and 1/2kg of potatoes.
